Pastel Perfect Protea Chique Chenille Table Runner

Originating in France during the 18th Century, Chenille is renowned for its fuzzy texture and tufted fabric that looks like caterpillars from certain angles.

Therefore the name Chenille is named after the French word for caterpillar and is manufactured by placing short lengths of yarn, the "pile", between two "core yarns" and then twisting the yarn together to create a soft and durable finish.

The soft comfortable feel of chenille makes it the ideal fabric for the manufacture of our table runners, giving each Swier product that plush high quality look

The Swier Chique Chenille fabric is made from a 100pct polyester yarn which is ideal for our printing method and ease of maintenance.
