When will I get my items that I have ordered online ?

Please allow for between 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. We will do our best to send it sooner.

We stock support of all our products and we do not display “out of stock” on our website. In the event that the product which you ordered is out of stock, we will immediately place your order in our production process and the normal lead time will then apply. Products are sold out due to special promotions which we run from time to time or when the product is in high demand.
Your Order will be dispatched immediately if the stock is available.

Kindly note: Orders may be further delayed due in the event of Load shedding.

Why do you charge R100 for shipping?

We understand that shipping fees are a sensitive issue, but please understand that we make use of different courier companies that will deliver your product as fast as possible right to your doorstep unless instructed otherwise. At this time, Swier does not make use of the Post Office due to a delay in deliveries.

Remember, you can place the order on our website in the comfort of your own home or office.

I want to arrange my own shipping, is that possible?
Yes, it is possible but we do not encourage this. You will be responsible to arrange your own delivery of your products.

Please contact us on 072 606 9964 or or make use of the WhatsApp function on the website to request this service. We will issue you with a voucher that will be valid for one day only. This voucher will remove the R150 shipping fee.

If you opt for self-delivery, then Swier will not be responsible for your items once it leaves our premises.

I want to have my own design on your products, can I do this?
Yes, you are welcome to print your designs on our products. We do corporate branding for businesses on request. Please email us at and tell us about your specific requirements. Please take note that there will be additional charges for graphic design. All costs will be communicated to you and Swier will only process the order once we have received full payment for the order and you have signed off that you approve the artwork.
